Once we receive your request we will contact you to confirm the date and time requested and provide you with details of the specialist solicitor you will be speaking with. To enable you to take full advantage of this facility all you need is:

For a Zoom Meeting:

1. Have access to the Internet, either by PC, Smart Phone or Tablet
2. Provide us with your e-mail address
3. We will create the video meeting and e-mail you the meeting link and password
4. On the day and time arranged click the link, enter the password and join meeting
5. If asked select internet audio and ensure the video camera and sound icons are set to on

For a Skype call:

1.  A webcam attached to your PC
2.  Register with and download Skype to your computer for free
3.  Provide us with your Skype contact details
4.  Be at your PC and logged into your Skype account on the date and time arranged
5.  Sit back and we will do the rest.
