Jamie Burdekin claims Super Series title

Massive congratulations to our Paralympic Wheelchair Tennis ace Jamie Burdekin who won the Japan Open Super Series doubles at the weekend with his playing partner Andy Lapthorn. This was a big win for the lads and sets them up nicely for Rio 2016.

This week they compete in the World Team Cup, the same as the Davis Cup, still in Japan and we will keep you updated on his progress via our Twitter feeds.

After that tournament its back to the UK for a short but well deserved break at the beginning of June and then Jamie will be in Manchester on the 16th June to collect his brand new Rio Paralympic games attire.

Jamie has been invited to the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament again this year where he will be entertaining and performing again, along with a Q&A in the hospitality tent.  The tournament is held over the 17th and 18th June and it promises to be a terrific couple of days. Here’s some further information; https://www.liverpooltennis.co.uk/ It would be great to see you there.

Good luck Jamie from all of us at Hilary Meredith Solicitors.
