I would like to thank Simon Quinn, Solicitor and Partner at Hilary Meredith Solicitors, for winning my daughter’s Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claim after she was seriously injured as a pedestrian in August 2017.
Simon and his firm arranged the various recommended treatments for my daughter on a private basis; and her claim successfully settled and was approved in a perfect outcome in Court at an Infant Approval Hearing (IAH) for a six figure settlement sum.
My daughter will now receive a life changing sum of money when she is 18 years old and she can move on with her life now that her claim has settled.
