Zoe Holland joins Hilary Meredith Solicitors as non-executive director

Hilary Meredith Solicitors Ltd has appointed Zoe Holland as the firm’s first non-executive director.
Nationally recognised for entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategic leadership, Zoe is managing director of ZebraLC, the UK’s leading technical due diligence, audit and consulting business focused on the legal sector.
As the firm’s first appointed NED, the role will include input into overall strategy, financial and operational performance, quality, risk and governance. The role will add additional oversight at a time when the firm’s profile and success is growing to new heights and is at the forefront of groundbreaking legal change. Zoe’s knowledge and insight into the personal injury sector is unique at a time of fundamental change and will bring invaluable contribution to the Board.
Zoe originally trained as a clinical negligence specialist at niche practice Alexander Harris and was head of team in clinical negligence at law firms Alexander Harris and Irwin Mitchell before becoming an independent specialist consultant and later setting up ZebraLC in 2013. Her commercial and pragmatic approach is as a result of a number of Board level positions.  She has sat on the board at LawNet – the UK’s leading network of law firms and served on the business development Board of The Roy Castle Lung Castle Foundation.  Zoe is also a member of Civil Justice Council (CJC) Claimant Working Group for Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL).
